Bunny Heaven!

I've been waiting for the moment when I could pluck these little fellas from the earth and today was the day! The orange ones are midgets and the white and purple ones are Kaleidoscope - there are supposed to be yellow ones too but the white ones seem to choke the other colors out.

Next year I will have to thin the carrots more so that they get even bigger! This is about 1/10th of the carrots that are out there so we will be having tons of stir fry for the next few weeks and some lucky girls from work might end up with a bunch too!

  2. Those are really amazing! I've not had much luck trying to grow anything in (condo/duplex) soil... I thought maybe container gardening or raised beds? But when I did herbs the deer ate them... But I would so love veggies like this!
